Umm, Umm! I received this recipe in an email from Night and Day Productions. They got the recipe from Liquor.com which was sponsored by Kettle One Vodka. The Night and Day folks tested the drink and here are their comments: “Don’t be scared off by the ginger beer, that was my first doubt. The subtle flavors in this cocktail are definitely worth trying.” I agree!
Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz. Citrus Vodka
- 0.5 oz. Lime Juice
- o.5 oz. Simple Syrup (equal parts sugar and water)
- 2 oz Ginger Beer
- 1 Lime Wedge
Shake and strain the first three ingredients into a highball glass. Top with Ginger Beer. Garnish with a lime wedge. Enjoy!
