Virginia couple Sarah Shuster and Andrew Morgan didn’t let a little rain take away from their beautiful, romantic wedding day. This adorable couple grabbed some clear umbrellas and embraced the spring weather. The couple selected a soft palette to greens, teal and gray to complement the beautiful landscape of their venue, The Mill at Fine Creek. They chose to keep their details simple, with table runners of greenery accented with florals and table numbers in geometric orbs in metallic gold for subtle pops of color. White roses scattered along the tables and a calligraphy scroll draping from the cake table added simple, romantic touches. Sarah’s gorgeous vintage inspired lace gown was dreamy and elegant while her bridesmaids were attired in teal gowns in a variety of styles to accentuate each woman’s style.
They say that rain on your wedding is a good sign as a wet knot is not easily undone. Luckily, the sun peeked out just in time for the bride to walk down the aisle of their outdoor ceremony.
We love these sweet, color coordinated vow books.
Is there anything more romantic than a kiss in the rain?
