Caitlin Trehern and Kendall Newell are so enamored with their pup, they wanted to include their chocolate lab, Lacey, in their engagement photos. This beach loving couple share the adorable canine who they adopted only 6 months after they began dating. Kendall, an avid sailor who spends a lot of his spare time at this beach, popped the question on New Year’s Eve by presenting Caitlin with a hope chest that he hand built and inscribed with the words, “Will you marry me?” We love how creative they were with their Save the Date photo which the couple will be using to announce their December 15th, 2018 nuptials at The Elizabeth in Grand Bay. We think Lacey agrees that this couple is pretty special.
