Local Wedding Professionals
In addition to working closely with local brides, Canton area wedding vendors can package a destination wedding for couples and create a wonderful experience for their guests.
The Country Club of Canton is open to the public but maintains an elegant, semi-private feel. It boasts a 12,000 square foot clubhouse and offers a special groomsmen golf outing that includes golf, lunch and adult beverages.
The Jiggetts Home is a beautiful, historic Victorian home built in 1833. It is located within walking distance of four of Canton’s prominent churches. In addition to venue space, its catering service, Loose Ends, offers wedding design, catering, cake, floral design and rentals (including linens).
The Opera House 1853 located on the Square boasts 7400 square feet of completely renovated space, blending character of yesterday with the state of the art technology and convenience of today.
The Canton Courthouse and Historic Square are the heart and soul of Canton. The Greek Revival Courthouse was built in 1855 and anchors the downtown square. The Canton Courthouse Square complex is on the National Register of Historic Places. Couples can get married at the courthouse or the beautiful gazebo at the center of the town square.
Two Rivers Restaurant and Catering is a white-tablecloth venue for classic American steak & seafood entrees, wine & cocktails located near the historic square.
