- Voting for the Cover of Volume 23 – Summer/Fall 2013, Premier Bride of Mississippi will commence with the announcement of the cover finalists on Thursday, April 25. The finalists will be announced via www.premierbridems.com, social media and emails to those that submitted the covers. The contest will end at midnight, Monday, April 29. The winning cover will be announced on Tuesday, April 30.
- All voting will be on www.premierbridems.com. There will be links from social media directing voters to the voting site.
- People can vote as many times as they want from any computer.
- Voting is not allowed using voting machines or automated voting of any kind including software and/or hardware.
- Any suspicion of voting machines or automated voting will result in immediate disqualification.

- Relatives and employees of Premier Publishing, Inc. are not eligible for the contest.
